Eggs Benedict

Two poached organic eggs on sourdough bread or roasted potatoes, marinated King Oyster Mushrooms topped off with Hollandaise sauce.

Dukkah Roasted Cauliflower

Tossed with rocket and a Chermoula herb dressing, served on a bed of smoked paprika hummus. Comes with sourdough bread or roast potatoes. 
Add two poached eggs. (+2.50)

French Toast Bowl

Crispy, sweet and chewy sourdough croutons served with quark and topped with local organic strawberries.
Also available with vegan coco yogurt. (+1.00)

Cheesy Toast

Organic Gouda grilled between miso buttered sourdough and homemade kimchi served with a side salad and a poached egg.

Cocoa-Buckwheat Granola

With rhubarb compote and your choice of creamy organic curd
or vegan coconut yoghurt. (+2,50€)

We also have cake and sandwiches on Albatross sourdough all day long.
